Any investor that desires to invest in local tenant occupied, or lease-to-own properties, may choose to register with Noble and the company will search to find properties that meet their parameters.  Our primary focus is to attempt to find tenants who desire home ownership and are searching for a lease-to-own opportunity. 

Due to the lease-to-own component, you find a better more responsible tenant who is trying to make your investment their home.  In a lease-to-own contract, there is an option fee, in lieu of a security deposit, which is non-refundable in the event the tenant is unable to purchase the property by the end of the lease term.  The purchase price may be fixed up front or variable based on market at the time of the exercise.  Fixed prices are usually above today’s value and fixed for 2-3 years.
